Got in touch with Ste at Ribble Valley towing a couple of weeks ago as I wanted a detachable tow bar for my new car. Right from the off Ste was really helpful and gave me numerous options of different price ranges and told me the pro’s and con’s of all of them and didn’t pressure me into anything. I booked my car in with him and it was all fitted and finished with a few hours. I couldn’t believe the efficiency and high quality to which he worked. The detachable tow bar with vehicle specific electrics work flawlessly and I couldn’t be happier. He was by far the most competitive price wise and saved me a small fortune compared to going to a main dealer. I would highly recommend Ribble valley towing to anyone. Great work, keep it up!

A professional service from start to end. Attached a detachable tow bar that hides the electrics when not in use. Neat & precise installation using quality parts. Great demonstration of how your car reacts to the tow bar. Ste is very proud of his work and it shows. Brilliant guy. Will never use anyone else. His experience & attitude are unbeatable.

Great service from start to finish. Clearly knows his stuff and takes pride in doing a thorough job. Just the kind of guy I would hope to deal with and a very fair price. This might seem an unusual thing to point out but there is also a good spray shop right next door so it was very convinient for me to get them (Rob) to price some body work that's been bothering me while the tow bar was being fitted.

I was very impressed with the service and extremely satisfied with the result and having researched prices at other places, found it to be a very competitive price. Stephen took time to find out what I needed and made helpful suggestions. It was ready exactly when he said it would be and he was kind enough to effect a small electrical repair to my car that was nothing to do with the tow bar. Before I left he patiently demonstrated how the electrics worked and in particular the adapter to accommodate my older caravan road electrics. Stephen could not have been more helpful and I highly recommend his service.
